Tracy Updated Headshot.JPG

Hello! My name is Tracy L. Schou and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, with certifications in personal training and Yin Yoga. My office, Optimum Health Massage and Wellness, is located in Elkhorn, Nebraska and has been open since December 2016.

I was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota. I am the daughter of a farmer/rancher and homemaker, the mother to a daughter - that somehow grew up way too fast! - a dog mom to an extremely spoiled English Bulldog, and the wife to a man that makes me laugh every day.

I moved to the Omaha area in 2000, spent a couple of years with my husband’s family in Texas, and moved back to the Omaha area in 2014. Most of my working career was focused in retail management, and I always felt something was missing from my life. When we moved back to Omaha, I enrolled in the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare. Almost immediately, I fell in love with massage therapy and helping others improve their quality of life through their wellness practices. I then decided to open my own business in December 2016. As I continue to grow my business, I also continue to grow in my learning of the human body, therapy techniques, and self care.

CBD Massage

Experience a massage with the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving agents within CBD. The therapist is able to work more effectively with the use of CBD.

Chair Massage

Quick Relief

Massage doesn’t always have to be on a table. Chair massage allows the client to stay fully clothed and still reap the benefits.

Cupping Therapy

Deep Tissue

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, as a type of deep tissue massage.

Raindrop Technique®

Essential Oils

The Raindrop Technique® is a unique practice based on methods used for centuries to rejuvenate the body and mind. The technique helps bring balance and harmony to the body by combining targeted massage, distinctive energy approaches, and pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils to create an atmosphere of spirituality and serenity. This is a light touch massage preformed by layering on oils to promote healing.

Natural Healing

Reflexology is a treatment based on the theory that the entire body is mapped out with association points on the feet, hands, and ears. This type of massage primarily uses a thumbing technique, working the soles of the feet to release blockages and restore a healthy balance to the body. Clients benefit greatly in the release of endorphins while "specific" reflex points are pressed.
